You will be responsible for translating complex data into understandable and actionable information, enabling stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

Requirements

BS Computer Science or Information Technology or related degree
5 + years of experience in IT project management, product delivery, or a similar business analytics role.
Working knowledge or experience with Agile/SCRUM, PMP
Working knowledge or experience with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
Working knowledge or experience with SQL, Python, R
Working knowledge or experience with statistical techniques and concepts: regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data mining, machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
Understanding of data warehousing architecture and data pipeline development process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience with IT service management (ITIL: service request, incident, change, asset/configuration item, knowledge management) preferred.
