An advanced-level position responsible for providing high-level support, analysis, and management of the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role focuses on complex data management, in-depth reporting, and troubleshooting to support HR initiatives and decision-making. Acts as a key contributor to system enhancements, configurations, and process improvements, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize HRIS functionality and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role also provides guidance to junior team members and serves as a primary point of contact for advanced user support and analytics. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as the functional owner for Workday Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation processes, partnering closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT. This role is responsible for designing scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions while leveraging automation and AI to continuously improve system efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
