The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration and maintenance of all HR-related applications to support the Human Resources function. This position supports the overall HR technology strategy while providing systems implementation and administration, reporting and analysis for improved decision-making, efficient work processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The analyst works collaboratively with HR team members and subject matter experts across the organization to implement processes and functionality that increase the efficiency and quality of HR services, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. The role involves performing data analysis from multiple data systems, supporting various vendor software applications, and relying on experience and independent technical judgment to provide solutions. This position may require flexibility of hours.
