About The Position

This role is based on-site at our Atlantic Station offices in Atlanta. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical team leaders and senior administrators to drive entity performance improvement initiatives, scoping projects, developing project plans, and assisting with implementing solutions. The role also involves designing standard reports and dashboards, and developing analytics solutions for business performance measurement, along with the underlying data models needed. Collaboration with key business stakeholders is essential to ensure that the solutions achieve desired results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, healthcare, or a related field
• 3 years progressively responsible data analytics or process improvement experience in the healthcare field

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Health Systems/Health Administration, Business/Management, Public Health or a related field
• Experience leading process improvement project or Kaizen events
• Big five Consulting or Epic experience
• Experience in Data Visualization and/or Data Modeling
• Clinical experience
• Tableau certification
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or CPHQ
