About The Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (P4) serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-impact analytics, dashboards, and insights that support Pharmacy, Clinical Programs, Finance, and Operations. This role combines hands-on analytics delivery, technical leadership, and metric governance, translating complex business questions into trusted analytics assets. This role supports ongoing, business-critical analytics essential to leadership decision-making, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience.
• Advanced SQL and dashboard development experience.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare, oncology, or pharmacy analytics experience.
• Experience with enterprise scorecards and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Pharmacy Impact Analytics and Clinical Program dashboards.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready analytics solutions.
• Provide ongoing production support, validation, and enhancements.
• Lead metric intake, definition, and feasibility assessment.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize metrics.
• Establish documentation and governance standards.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Pharmacy, Clinical Programs, Finance, and Operations leaders.
• Communicate insights through dashboards and executive summaries.
• Apply advanced SQL and BI expertise.
• Ensure data quality and reusable analytics logic.
• Mentor junior analysts.
