About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence and will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our enterprise BI and analytics strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, Azure Fabric, and advanced data analytics, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a full-time in-office position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 PM, Miami/Dadeland area Headquarters. Requirements

• Deep experience designing Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on real-time insights and predictive analytics.
• Advanced capability in integrating Microsoft AI tools within Power BI to drive business forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and AI-driven analytics to identify trends and predict operational adjustments.
• Experience using Azure Machine Learning, AutoML, and Cognitive Services to create AI-powered insights and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of time series forecasting and advanced analytics models to predict demand, financial trends, and operational risks.
• Ability to build and optimize automated alerting systems that notify stakeholders of potential issues before they escalate.
• Proven ability to correlate multiple data sources to provide a comprehensive view of business performance and future opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) in Power BI to allow users to interact with data using conversational AI.
• Ability to design and implement AI-powered anomaly detection systems that proactively highlight unexpected changes in business KPIs.
• Expertise in Power Automate and AI-driven workflows to enable automatic decision-making and operational efficiency improvements.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Expertise in Power BI, DAX, M, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong experience with Azure Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Copilot and related technologies.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data models for enterprise reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Experience managing Power BI deployments, workspaces, and permissions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Experience in cloud-based data warehousing and ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BI solutions to support business objectives and decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Leverage Azure Fabric and Copilot for data integration, transformation, and advanced analytics.
• Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Build and optimize data models to enable scalable and efficient reporting.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into an Azure-based Data Warehouse.
• Ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and workflows across business functions.
• Monitor BI dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve business insights.
• Deploy, provision, and manage Power BI workspaces and deliverables
• Work closely with business teams to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users to maximize BI tool adoption.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Develop and optimize DAX, M, and SQL queries for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Utilize Power BI Service for report deployment, workspace management, and security implementation.
• Stay up to date with emerging BI and data technologies, driving continuous improvement in reporting capabilities.
• Implement automation and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of analytics solutions.
