Sr Business Analyst - UiPath

Tiger Analytics•Chicago, IL

About The Position

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its advanced analytics and AI team, supporting large enterprise clients. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements for system enhancements and upgrades, defining data discovery scope, and guiding data engineering work from business requirements through user acceptance testing. During discovery, the Business Analyst defines subdomain scope and entity lists, maps business processes to source systems, establishes systems of record, and works with data engineering leads to map entities to sources and datasets. The role also conducts subject matter expert interviews, captures use cases and attribute-level requirements, produces discovery readouts, and obtains client sign-off. During build, the Business Analyst owns the BRD/FRD and canonical attribute register, maintains traceability from use cases to attributes, and serves as the functional authority for business rules, grain, hierarchies, and code sets. The role reviews source-to-target mappings against signed requirements and assesses change requests for scope impact. For UAT, the Business Analyst defines test scope and business scenarios tied to requirements, runs testing with business SMEs, triages defects through closure with evidence, secures sign-off, and documents residual open items and handover materials. The position requires strong Healthcare Payer domain experience and mandatory UiPath experience, including the ability to elicit requirements for automation initiatives and translate them into technical specifications for data engineers and architects.
