This role serves as the primary liaison between Ameriprise Bank and AEIS, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. The position partners closely with business and IT teams to translate business needs into well‑defined technical requirements and support the delivery of business‑critical initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact between Ameriprise Bank and AEIS for business and technology initiatives Translate Ameriprise Bank business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications Provide detailed analysis of business needs to support complex, business‑critical solutions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues Ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated across stakeholders Participate in system and user acceptance testing to validate solution outcomes Drive issue identification, escalation, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle Support implementation and post‑deployment checkout activities Develop and maintain procedural documentation, process flows, and user manuals
