This role is part of Alcon's Marketing function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels, including through traditional Marketing strategies, event planning, and professional education. The Sr. Manager, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing - Downstream (Management Path) is primarily responsible for setting marketing strategy, achieving brand financial targets, and managing brand development initiatives for surgical products. You will lead product launches, develop marketing plans, and oversee product lifecycles while representing the company in international marketing groups. The Sr. Brand Manager executes brand strategies, develops go-to-market and localized marketing programs, and manages Clinic Retina product lines. Key duties include optimizing products, pricing, promotion, positioning, launch readiness, and forecasting. The role also drives marketing to meet revenue and market share goals, analyzes trends, supports product development, and oversees promotions.
