About The Position

As Sr. Brand Manager, you will lead and develop a cross-functional team while owning the brand’s overall business performance. You will be responsible for financial planning, P&L management, and monthly sales forecasting, ensuring alignment across teams to achieve revenue and margin goals. This role also oversees innovation project management, guiding new product development from concept to launch, as well as driving packaging and pricing strategies. Success in this position requires strong leadership, the ability to translate strategy into execution, and effective collaboration across marketing, creative, supply chain, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 6+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand how to identify/interpret trends
  • Analytic & strategic thinking along with financial planning experience and creative thinking
  • Proven experience in planning, delivering, and measuring product success
  • Advanced Excel and power point skills is a must
  • Ability to successfully multitask and meet deadlines while remaining flexible and be able to pivot when priorities change.

Responsibilities

  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Own end-to-end management of assigned brands, from ideation through development and post-launch performance analysis
  • Drive brand growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team responsible for brand execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines across forecasting, inventory, profitability, sales, and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and trend research to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Analyze sales performance using POS and Nielsen data to drive data-informed decisions
  • Evaluate and ensure profitability of account-specific deals and promotions
  • Partner with Procurement on sourcing and development of new items and components
  • Oversee new product setup across internal systems and external retailer portals
  • Lead development and strategy of new products, including costing, packaging/label design, and quality/testing requirements
  • Drive inventory planning and analysis in collaboration with inventory and supply chain teams
  • Manage forecasting and inventory needs for new launches, distribution changes, and promotional activity
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, creative, procurement, regulatory, and manufacturing teams
  • Develop growth strategies with key retail partners in partnership with the sales team
  • Create and deliver presentations for new product launches (corporate and account-specific)
