About The Position

ATM Anthony Thomas Melillo is seeking a visionary Sr. Brand Manager. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in integrated and brand marketing, preferably at an agency or high-growth consumer-facing apparel brand.
  • Deep proficiency in brand building, marketing, and campaign strategy and management.
  • 2-3+ years of strategic execution experience in a creative environment.
  • A left and right brained thinker, pairing creativity and contemporary culture with data-driven insights from analytics; able to deliver on both brand and sales objectives.
  • An innate understanding and alignment with the brand design language, along with a natural curiosity for innovative ways to engage the community.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and thrive under pressure.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to ideation and execution, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace suite, and project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the integrated approach to brand marketing, spanning both Men's and Women's business lines and supporting retail and e-commerce objectives.
  • Build innovative marketing and consumer strategies that drive customer awareness, acquisition, retention, and engagement, while maintaining an elevated brand positioning.
  • Day-to-day stewardship of the brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints, in partnership with the president, founder, creative services, merchandising, and digital marketing.
  • Maintain brand message consistency throughout specific markets including e-commerce, wholesale, and partnerships.
  • Own, manage, and develop the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, executed on-time, and optimized for experience, press coverage, engagement, and sales impact.
  • Liaise with digital marketing, social media, merchandising, and creative to aggregate insights and deploy strategies and content to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Develop and rollout plans for building and fostering a community around the brand to generate word-of-mouth buzz and grassroots awareness.
  • Collaborate on content, planning, strategy, and growth of organic channels including influencer and community management.
  • Develop and execute on-brand marketing partnerships and collaborations, both ongoing and project-based.
  • Lead agency relationships and manage all press and media programs from briefing through to execution.
  • End-to-end management of brand events and retail activations to increase brand awareness, foster community, and support business goals.
  • Own clear and timely communication around key marketing decisions, project milestones, and plans, helping to keep every project organized and driving forward across center of excellence teams in digital marketing, e-commerce, and external partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
