About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle and Aerie brands to life by providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience and building brand loyalty. You represent the company’s values and products while helping guests find what they need. The role requires flexibility across store zones and a friendly, energetic approach to customer service. Retail experience is identified as a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Have an interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members in completing store tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
