Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or closely-related field
3 years of progressive work experience in Data Visualization and or Data Modeling, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment.
Possesses advanced computer skills with a very strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, databases, programming languages, ETL, and decision support systems, particularly Tableau and SQL Server.
Basic knowledge of statistical algorithms.
Has the technical ability to solve complex problems through employing data analysis.
Experience teaching others in a classroom setting

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining the analytics solutions for business performance measurement, along with the underlying data models and schemas needed.
Identifying and developing benchmarking data sources from internal and external source systems.
Designing enterprise standard reports, dashboards, and data models.
Collaborating with business key stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure that the solutions perform as needed.
Architecting and administering the Tableau Server environment.
