The Senior BI Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining analytics solutions for business performance measurement, along with the underlying data models and schemas needed. This person will identify and develop benchmarking data sources from internal and external source systems. The role involves designing enterprise standard reports, dashboards, and data models, and collaborating with business key stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure solution performance. The Senior Developer will also architect and administer the Tableau Server environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or closely-related field
3 years of progressive work experience in Data Visualization and or Data Modeling, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment.
Possesses advanced computer skills with a very strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, databases, programming languages, ETL, and decision support systems, particularly Tableau and SQL Server.
Basic knowledge of statistical algorithms.
Has the technical ability to solve complex problems through employing data analysis.
