Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Strong expertise in Power BI for reporting and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft data tools (Fabric, Synapse, Azure, etc.)
• Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets
• Good communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources using Microsoft data tools
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs
• Analyze manufacturing and operational data to support strategic decision-making
• Act as a liaison between BI and other departments to align data strategies
• Integrate forecasting and predictive analytics into reporting solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained
• Continuously improve BI processes, reporting methodologies, and data accuracy
• Communicate project updates, insights, and issues to stakeholders effectively
