The Commercial Sr. Account Consultant is a highly experienced individual contributor responsible for directly managing the Client Insurance Program for assigned accounts, utilizing the agency management system. This role typically manages 4-6 complex accounts and is matrixed to a specific Producer or Producers. The Sr. Account Consultant is fully responsible and accountable for the total management of specific clients and may serve as the primary resource to Account Executives on other accounts. Access to a Commercial Account Manager and/or Sr. Account Manager may be available based on business needs. The position requires a strong consultative ability to guide clients, manage service quality, and resolve escalated issues, while also making strategic Risk Management plan design recommendations aligned with client business objectives. Mastery level knowledge of property and casualty products, services, market dynamics, carriers/TPAs/vendors, and funding arrangements is essential.
