Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Senior Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services in North Carolina. This hybrid position offers opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours and a Monday–Friday schedule. The BCBA has control over when clinical care hours are delivered, with no expectation of Saturday work unless the clinician chooses to schedule make-up sessions. The role includes supervising Behavior Technicians, developing and implementing ABA treatment programs, conducting functional behavior assessments, and educating parents. The analyst is expected to collaborate proactively, adapt to challenging situations, pursue continuous growth, and meet ALP and funding-source best practices for client-facing care and parent consultation. ALP describes itself as clinician-led, with more than 300 BCBAs and clinical leaders who are BCBAs. Support-center teams handle functions including intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. The organization offers onboarding and ongoing clinical support, continuing education, advancement opportunities, and an at-will employment relationship without contracts or non-competes.
