Sr Backend Developer
About The Position
The Sr Backend Developer will build and support production applications, taking ownership of deliverables and working independently. The role requires strong Python, FastAPI, REST API, SQL, Azure/cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps experience. The position is an ongoing contract with no specified end date. The role is based in Dallas, TX, with three days onsite and two days remote, or in New York, NY. Candidates must complete a coding test within 24 hours for client submission. Requirements
- 8–10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
- Strong SQL and database experience.
- Extensive Azure or other cloud platform experience.
- Proficiency with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Complete a coding test within 24 hours for client submission.
- LinkedIn profile must show connections and activity.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, or Anthropic APIs.
