About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a Sr. AWS Programs Strategy Manager in the United States to lead cloud growth initiatives, maximise AWS investment programs, and shape partner success through strategic, AI-enabled go-to-market execution. This is a unique opportunity to own and influence one of Pax8's most strategic vendor relationships. You'll sit at the intersection of cloud strategy, partner growth, marketing innovation, and business performance, helping transform AWS investment into measurable outcomes for partners and customers. As cloud adoption accelerates and AI reshapes how businesses operate, you'll play a critical role in designing and executing programs that unlock growth across the Pax8 ecosystem. Requirements

Substantial experience within cloud partnerships, alliances, channel ecosystems, or strategic vendor management
Demonstrated knowledge of AWS partner programs, cloud funding mechanisms, and partner-led growth models
Proven success creating and delivering co-marketing, partner enablement, or go-to-market initiatives
Strong project leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience influencing cross-functional teams and building trusted relationships internally and externally
Confidence working with business performance metrics, program reporting, and strategic planning activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Familiarity with Salesforce, project management methodologies, and partner ecosystem tooling
A mindset centered around ownership, accountability, and delivering on commitments

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, management, and optimization of AWS strategic programs while ensuring every initiative delivers tangible business impact.
Creating and executing AWS investment strategies aligned to revenue, customer growth, and partner adoption goals
Driving end-to-end program delivery across multiple initiatives simultaneously
Building strong relationships with AWS stakeholders and internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Success
Developing compelling campaigns, enablement activities, communications, and partner-facing content
Identifying new growth opportunities through AWS programs, incentives, marketplace initiatives, and emerging cloud trends
Tracking performance, reporting outcomes, and ensuring funding compliance and proof-of-performance requirements are fulfilled
Supporting joint planning activities and strategic growth initiatives that strengthen the Pax8 and AWS partnership
Managing a portfolio of projects while maintaining exceptional execution standards and attention to detail
