Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of relevant work experience required
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in layman's terms
Active listening skills to accurately understand and address user concerns
Ability to document technical issues and solutions with precision and clarity
Experience with diagnostic utilities and troubleshooting methodologies

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT Infrastructure support inquiries and issues.
Support and troubleshoot software products used by internal teams and external clients.
Diagnose and resolve software issues in diverse and unique technical environments.
Troubleshoot operating systems, PC hardware, and related infrastructure components.
Document conversations and technical issues in a succinct and detailed manner.
Apply standard, approved diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
Suggest changes for product enhancement and correction based on recurring issues.
