About The Position

The Supervisor for Technical Services will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the maintenance process and activities within an assigned production area. The goal is to ensure the production plan is executed according to set objectives and measurements, including cost, quality, safety, and compliance. This role also involves identifying and implementing mid- to long-term maintenance and asset management strategies.

Requirements

  • College / University degree / Technical degree is an advantage
  • 2-5 years of experience in production or maintenance
  • Experience in leading, influencing, and motivating others
  • MUST BE: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Integrate Work Systems (IWS), DMS and related tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
  • Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture, fostering the utilization of a preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS.
  • Support QA and Production departments in identifying and segregating all non-conforming intermediate and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to the quality of incoming materials.
  • Proactively lead, in cooperation with QA reps and relevant stakeholders, the quality program to prevent quality incidents and reduce/eliminate non-conformities in the process and product.
  • Perform regular coaching to develop team capabilities in daily management systems according to IMS and to support the personnel skill/technical development of each team member to build ownership and team autonomy.
  • Build effective relationships within production lines and with other key stakeholders across the business to achieve outstanding business outcomes.
  • Create an environment where each team member is motivated to express their talent and potential.
  • Contribute to the full-year pillar plan and implementation aligned with the OPEN+ phase journey.
