About The Position

Regeneron is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate Scientist to join the Bioconjugate Analytics (BCA) team within the Analytical and Biological Mass Spectrometry (ABMS) Group. The role develops and applies LC-MS-based analytical methods to support Regeneron’s bioconjugate pipeline across development stages, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs), antibody-tethered ligands (ATLs), and emerging bioconjugate modalities. It uses mass spectrometry and other analytical technologies to characterize bioconjugates and therapeutic protein candidates, focusing on critical quality attributes and process development. The position supports R&D, process development, and regulatory submissions through analytical characterization and scientific problem-solving. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate samples, study activities, priorities, timelines, and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role in Tarrytown, New York, in an innovative, fast-paced, collaborative R&D laboratory environment.
