About The Position

Otis is seeking a Sr. Associate, Sales Generalist to cover the South Arkansas / Louisiana territory. This role reports to the General Manager. The primary objective is to maintain a portfolio of customers through excellent customer service and account management, with an additional focus on selling incremental repair or modernization projects. Requirements

• A business or technical degree or 3+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation
• Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of commitment and reliability
• Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
• Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
• Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
• Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
