About The Position
This role involves being the primary point of contact for assigned adjusters, developing strategies, building relationships, and creating solutions to meet client business needs. The position requires receiving and evaluating sophisticated 1st party and 3rd party subrogation packets, ensuring accurate reporting and detailed analysis of findings with clear recommendations. The associate will own all post-claim follow-up and negotiations, provide analysis of counterarguments, and conduct negotiations to achieve agreed settlements with third parties.

- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) - ACFE

Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned adjusters to work with for developing strategies, building relationships, and solutions that meet the business needs of clients.
- Receiving sophisticated 1st party and 3rd party subrogation packets for evaluation
- Ensure accurate reporting and a detailed analysis of findings that easily outline our recommendations.
- Own all post-claim follow-up and negotiations and provide analysis of counterarguments made.
- Conduct negotiations to achieve agreed settlements with third parties.
