The Sr Associate Deal Ops Manager, Renewals is responsible for end‑to‑end operational support of renewal transactions across assigned regions/segments. Sitting within the Deal Operations organization, this role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to structure, price, and process renewals accurately and on time, using Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM as core tools. This is a mid‑level individual contributor role with growing autonomy on complex but well‑defined deal scenarios. The role supports renewal deal structuring (co-terms, multi-year) within guidelines, primarily involving quote validation in Salesforce/CPQ and document generation via CLM, alongside managing Deal Ops cases. The role ensures Policy and Data Quality by applying discount guardrails and maintaining system integrity (Salesforce, CPQ, CLM) for revenue recognition. Key to this is Cross-Functional Partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal for strategy and terms, ensuring a smooth handoff to Finance/RevOps. Finally, the role drives Operational Excellence by monitoring performance, proposing process improvements, and maintaining playbooks and system feedback.
