As a Senior Associate, Client Operations Management (Tax Research), you will serve as a technical anchor in a high-velocity production environment. This role is designed for a meticulous problem-solver who excels at mitigating risk and navigating the complexities of property loan servicing. Requirements

  • Possess the critical thinking skills necessary to synthesize information from disparate sources into actionable solutions.
  • Have intermediate-to-advanced computer skills and the agility to master multiple proprietary systems and data-manipulation tools.
  • Known for accuracy in data processing and ability to interpret complex property-related documentation.
  • Ability to articulate status updates and complex findings clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excel in an ever-changing environment, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Have a proactive desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a culture of professional development.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; college education in lieu of experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment
  • Ability to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills and technically savvy to learn multiple systems and applications
  • Ability to understand basic property related documentation from a variety of sources
  • Critical thinking to synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems
  • Detailed oriented to process data accurately
  • Ability to collaborate with others and provide status updates
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Adaptable in an ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute complex research on property tax cases, synthesizing data from internal departments, third-party agencies, and public agencies to resolve high-stake situations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for premier clients, delivering sophisticated service and updates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Utilize deep process and system expertise to independently navigate roadblocks and solve intricate operational challenges.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to rigorous company standards and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflow applications and databases, contributing directly to more streamlined and optimized outcomes.
