This position will be the critical business lead responsible for accelerating Mondelēz’s ambition across key businesses by delivering activation across our brands and driving our digital commerce flywheel. The position partners deeply with the associated Customer Business Teams (CBT). This role will work closely with the customer teams (both internal and external) to drive integrated marketing activations across modalities for all of our brands and growth strategies across the elements of our MDLZ Digital Commerce Flywheel: optimizing online assortment, maximizing online availability and in-stock rates, working closely with internal MDLZ teams to optimize content, build search strategies and manage retail media execution. Ultimately, the Omnichannel Activation Sr. Associate Manager is responsible for delivering Mondelēz’s long-term growth, activating our brands at our key customers to drive conversion and integrating all digital commerce operations into our everyday business management.
