The AFH Area Sales Manager (ASM) plays a critical role as the field sales “general manager” of their market and leads the sales, people, and strategy for their geography. From a sales perspective, the ASM is responsible for delivering plan, sales growth, and specified AOP priorities. From a people perspective, the ASM will lead and develop a field sales team of Market Development Managers (MDMs) and Operator Territory Managers (OTMs). From a strategy perspective, the ASM is responsible for AOP planning as well as on-going analyses of their market trends to identify gaps in plan and execution. This role will lead the Heartland area (IL, WI, MO) And reports directly to the Central Region Director. Candidates must reside in the territory. Strong preference for this role to reside in Chicago.
