The Assistant Manager, Category Management Amazon & Away From Home (AFH) is responsible for leveraging consumer, customer, and market data to develop actionable insights and drive strategic marketing initiatives for the U.S. Foodservice business and key retail customers. This role converts in-depth insights into actionable strategies. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including brand equity, sales, marketing, and trade marketing, to create compelling, insight-driven customer presentations and strategies that drive trial and growth for key brands such as Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Sour Patch Kids, and belVita. This role supports Category Management for Mondelez (Biscuit/Confectionary/Bars/Cough), leading top retailers such as Amazon and Away From Home channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and experienced in insights & analytics, preferably in eCommerce and/or Away From Home environments. This role will report to the Director, Category Management Growth Channels.
