Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.

- Bachelor’s Degree in the Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 5 years’ experience in Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical engineering or 9 years Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering experience

Responsibilities
- Manage product design and development for new or existing products
- Specify, size, and select subsystem components for power systems designs according to Engineering Guidelines
- Selects correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing products
- Test and validate top level power systems as well as sub-level power system components
- Review and verify product performance via testing
- Assess reliability performance of product versus requirement
- Analyzes proposals submitted to determine if benefit derived and possible applications justify expenditures
- Completes work according to standard engineering principles and practices
- Responsible to follow the company ERP procedures and maintenance as documented
- Responsible to follow the company quality management procedures as documented
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
