Sr. Analysts for various & unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Collect data from multiple sources, using collected data to diagnose business needs of clients. Work closely with Data Scientists, Consultants, and external clients to identify insights, translate data analysis to stakeholders, and share results of data analysis. Implement analytics solutions to address marketing effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), brand equity impact, segmentation, pricing, and environmental factors. Work with Senior Data Scientists and other associates to ensure quality of data models, including modeling methodologies, data/model validation metrics, actionable insights, and analytical/technical best practices. Implement multi-touch attribution models (MTA) and marketing mix models (MMM) based on statistics, econometrics, and machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, choice model, time-series model, panel data model, Bayesian statistics, ridge regression, structural equations, probability theory, and clustering algorithms. Analyze big data sets to generate insights on media, market conditions, and web navigations. Validate model results, compiling these results into reports on ROI analysis, forecasting, simulation, and optimization.
