Lead IT Business System Analysts
About The Position
Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC has multiple openings for Lead IT Business System Analysts in Charlotte, NC. This role involves configuring and implementing enterprise applications, assisting with installation, setup, maintenance, support, and documentation. The analyst will also help improve and ensure adherence to company computer security policies, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes. Key responsibilities include soliciting business requirements for Maximo enhancements, creating Maximo workflows and automation scripts, designing and developing BIRT Reports for Maximo, managing Agile SCRUM meetings, developing Helix work instructions for end users, and implementing continuous process improvement for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in software development
- Experience developing IBM Core Maximo processes
- Experience with BIRT Report design and creation
- Experience with SQL, REST API, WebSphere, and Automation Scripts
- Experience designing Maximo Workflows and automation scripts
- Experience with Release Management
Responsibilities
