Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree
U.S. citizenship is required
Experience supporting technology in a professional environment
Desktop Support
Server Administration
Linux Systems Support is preferred
Networking (important)
Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53)

Nice To Haves

Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.)
Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.)

Responsibilities

Work with one or more of the following technologies: Servers, Clients, Networking, Firewalls
Regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team
Build strong relationships with customers and peers
Assist in driving escalations to resolution
Participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)
Use technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets
Assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects assigned
Provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams
