We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Contracts within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365
Nice To Haves
- Experience with one or more of the following: Contracts Administration, Subcontracts, Procurement or Acquisitions
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) and related government regulations
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams and with customers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers while quickly analyzing large amounts of data and making informed decisions
- Receive, review, and process RFQs and contract awards, including reviewing clauses and proposal exceptions for acceptability
- Support internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Support contract administration by assisting with delivery status inquiries and expediting requests as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities
