Sr Analyst (Onsite)
About The Position
This is an onsite position in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will work with one or more of the following technologies: Servers, Clients, Networking, Firewalls. You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team. You will build strong relationships with customers and peers. You will assist in driving escalations to resolution. You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE). You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets. You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned. Provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams. You will foster relationships with your DT peers across the domestic US. You will learn how to communicate effectively to Engineering leadership. You will learn how to provide ROI based on project performance. You will learn how to apply your knowledge and personal skills to shape projects that have a loose set of requirements. Requirements
- University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Experience supporting technology in a professional environment
- Desktop Support
- Server Administration
- Linux Systems Support is preferred
- Networking (important)
- Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53)
Nice To Haves
- Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.)
- Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.)
