Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 4+ years of relevant business experience required.
  • Advanced skills in MS office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills, such as data modeling, decision analysis, forecasting, or product valuation, is required with expertise in specific tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Proven track record of working in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration and influence is required.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA and/or advanced professional certifications are preferred.
  • 6+ years preferred, with experience in insights, marketing, finance, strategy, business development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in financial analysis is also preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or cardiovascular disease area is preferred.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity that drives proactive analyses of new market trends to develop actionable insights and strategies.
  • Role requires a passion for problem solving, customer understanding, and simplifying the complex.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a robust, bottoms-up, forward-looking US Electrophysiology market model based on key category growth drivers.
  • Proactively monitor cardiac ablation market trends by synthesizing large, complex data sets across multiple sources, including primary and secondary data.
  • Apply strong data analysis skills to provide fact-based insights to address specific business needs and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the annual cadence of Strategic Planning events, including business planning, marketing plans, scenario planning, as well as US commercial events.
  • Proactively recommend tools and techniques to track key performance metrics and business insights, grounded in the understanding of marketplace dynamics.
  • Identify and recommend new data sources to improve decision making and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by managing the development of user-friendly tools to access market data and socializing across internal stakeholders.
  • Support competitive intelligence activities including marketing strategies, product messaging, pricing and promotion, and new product launches.
  • Proven track record of successfully fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment on projects, resulting in streamlined workflows, improved communication, and timely project delivery.
