If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Materials Management to join our team at our Los Angeles office. As a Senior Analyst, you will be accountable for supporting mid‑ to long‑term ingredient and packaging planning, managing material escalations, and strengthening cross‑functional alignment across Procurement, Supply Chain, and bakery operations. Your work is critical for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory, and driving standardization across the network. This role requires you to be onsite in our Los Angeles office four days per week, enabling hands-on collaboration with bakeries, suppliers, and planning teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of progressive supply chain experience, with strong exposure to materials management in food manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of ingredient and packaging components.
  • Demonstrated ability to support cost‑reduction initiatives and cross-functional process alignment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory, trend, or financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Aera, or other planning tools.
  • Track record of improving materials management processes.
  • Experience supporting network‑wide supply chain or procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of mid‑ to long‑term material requirements planning for ingredients and packaging.
  • Lead and resolve material escalations in partnership with bakeries, Procurement, Planning, and vendors.
  • Strengthen materials management processes by supporting center‑led initiatives, standard practices, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Analyze inventory and financial data to identify risks, drive improvements, and support budget targets.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to monitor vendor performance, address supply deviations, and facilitate weekly material reviews.
  • Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reporting to bakeries and leadership using tools such as Aera and SAP.
  • Support data integrity and process accuracy by partnering with Master Data, Procurement, and bakeries to maintain material records.
