About The Position

The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain – Freight Operations at T-Mobile is responsible for managing end-to-end freight carrier relationships and operations to ensure reliable, cost-effective movement of devices and equipment across the supply chain. This role serves as the primary point of contact for carrier performance management, contract compliance, and freight optimization initiatives that directly support T-Mobile’s retail replenishment and new product introduction (NPI) launch strategies. The Sr Analyst partners with internal stakeholders across logistics, merchandising, and retail operations to ensure inbound and outbound freight programs are aligned with launch timelines, inventory requirements, and service level expectations. Through data-driven analysis and root-cause problem solving, this role drives continuous improvement in carrier performance, freight cost, and on-time delivery outcomes.
