  • Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, or standard work; familiarity with process mapping.
  • Comfortable working with data to surface insights and support business recommendations (Excel required; Power BI a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly to all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with SAP, E2Open, IBP, or similar systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the program owner for the Process Effectiveness initiative — a multi-year, cross-functional program to consolidate, standardize, and sustain GSC process documentation. Oversees the project team, coordinates workstreams, and drives delivery against program milestones.
  • Leads and coordinates supply chain improvement projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Tracks project milestones, maintains project documentation including RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and reports progress to plan for leadership.
  • Facilitates cross-functional working sessions, captures decisions and action items, and drives follow-through on commitments across teams.
  • Identifies and escalates project-level risks proactively; maintains accountability across workstreams.
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and standard work documentation for agreed-upon supply chain processes.
  • Drives continuous improvement and supply chain excellence initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Supports S&OE effectiveness through targeted projects and process improvement efforts.
  • Supports the rollout and adoption of new processes and tools, including change management communications and training materials.
  • Evaluates existing workflows and recommends simplifications that reduce non-value-added steps and improve consistency.
  • Conducts focused data analysis and develops clear, actionable reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to support decision-making by supply chain leadership.
  • Develops executive-ready presentations summarizing project status, process improvements, findings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Applies supply chain knowledge to contextualize analysis and prioritize the right business problems.
  • Partners with teams across supply chain, operations, and finance to gather requirements and align stakeholders on process changes.
  • Supports and helps organize talent development initiatives within the Supply Chain Strategy team, including coordinating learning programs, development activities, and team capability-building efforts.
  • Serves as a credible project partner across functions, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
