  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to support reporting, modeling, and decision-making
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems and data structures (e.g., ERP systems such as SAP, supplier management platforms like iValua, or similar tools)

  • Experience supporting or building data models and governance frameworks for supply chain or master data (e.g., part-site, COO, AML structures)
  • Familiarity with supply chain risk management (SCRM) concepts, including supplier risk, disruption monitoring, and scenario analysis
  • Experience with advanced analytics or modeling techniques (e.g., Python, R, or statistical modeling) to support decision-making
  • Exposure to cross-functional or enterprise systems transformations (e.g., ERP implementations, supplier platform migrations, or data architecture initiatives)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a centralized dataset capturing supplier-held inventory (finished goods and raw materials), including contractual requirements and inventory commitments
  • Assess and rationalize current supplier inventory data sources (e.g., APIs, iValua feeds, manual reporting), identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for standardization
  • Design and implement standardized frameworks and best practices for supplier inventory reporting, visibility, and governance
  • Build analytics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor supplier inventory attainment, coverage, and alignment to contractual expectations and planning assumptions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Planning, Sourcing, IT, and Data teams to improve data quality, integration, and governance related to supplier inventory and master data
  • Support the development and maintenance of supplier and part-site mapping (Tier-1), including key attributes such as COO, AML, and manufacturing locations
