The Sr Supply Chain Analyst leads supply chain projects, develops inventory targets, oversees delivery scheduling, ensures continuous improvement, maintains material program records, promotes alignment of customer needs, and participates in supplier negotiations.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelors degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or minimum 10 years if no relevant Bachelors Degree, including experience leading a team
• For non-Continental employees, legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
• 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Leads supply chain projects to ensure that they are on time and within budgetary controls.
• Develops inventory targets and order points.
• Oversees the scheduling of deliveries to prevent excess stock or backorders.
• Ensures that departmental and support teams are focused on continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Maintains records and data essential to material programs including materials resource planning.
• Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
• Participates in supplier and vendor negotiations.
