An Onboarding Specialist on the TAS team provides end-to-end technology support for key career events (e.g., onboarding, role changes, and offboarding), including hardware and software ordering, ID and system access setup/changes, moves, and secure deprovisioning so associates are ready on day one and cleanly offboarded at the end of their tenure. As a Sr. Analyst, you’ll provide business technology expertise by supporting business technology tools and solutions. You’ll be responsible for consulting with management and customers to determine solution needs. You will develop, produce and maintain technical solutions. We have the enviable position of being able to see and work with all of Nationwide Financial, supporting the business from a holistic viewpoint and driving it forward.
