Summary The Sr Analyst, Sales Support Tools & CRM Administration will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Waters Advanced Diagnostics sales support tools and CRM platform. This role ensures the sales team has the technology and data insights needed to operate efficiently and effectively, contributing directly to sales growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred) and sales operations support.
  • Proven experience with sales support tools and technologies (e.g., CPQ, sales enablement platforms).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Databricks, Python, etc).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the CRM platform (Salesforce) including user setup, security profiles, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
  • Provide technical support and training to sales users on CRM and other sales support tools, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal system utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for CRM enhancements and new tool implementations.
  • Manage data integrity within the CRM system, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for sales support tools and CRM processes, including user guides, training materials, and system configurations.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sales technologies and integrations.
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports and dashboards to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Support sales forecasting and planning processes by providing accurate and timely data from CRM and other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless operation and integration of sales support systems.
