We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless execution of commercial strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our commercial performance and achieving business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field required. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, experience with SQL is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales and commercial operations tools.
  • Experience implementing AI solutions to manual processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets, develop sales plans, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive competitive advantage.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and policies to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, KPIs, and financial metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs, training, and tools to support the sales team and enhance their performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
