About The Position

This Sr. Analyst, Revenue Growth Management role is part of the global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Center of Excellence, focused on driving profitable growth through data-driven insights across pricing, promotion, pack architecture, product mix, and trade investment levers. The Sr. Analyst, RGM contributes to enterprise-wide revenue strategies by performing advanced analytics and translating complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights. Working closely with regional RGM teams and cross-functional partners, the Senior Analyst helps implement global RGM frameworks and best practices, supports a multi-year value creation pipeline, and embeds analytics-driven decision making into market execution. Success in this role requires a proactive, business-focused mindset and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders through well-founded recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in RGM, pricing, marketing, or commercial roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field required
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and financial acumen
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and drive alignment
  • Effective communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly
  • Experience or familiarity with pricing, trade investment, and go-to-market strategy
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pricing and profitability analysis, including elasticity modeling and competitive benchmarking, to support net price realization aligned with RGM frameworks and regional priorities.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of price-pack architecture and value-based pricing strategies, to maximize volume share and margin.
  • Perform analysis to optimize product mix, pricing, and customer profitability (including cost-to-serve), identifying opportunities to improve margin and revenue across the portfolio.
  • Provide analytical support for trade promotion planning and ROI optimization, evaluating promotional effectiveness and helping maximize the return on trade spend investments.
  • Monitor RGM initiative pipeline performance versus targets (revenue, margin, etc.), flag variances, and work with team members to recommend course corrections in a timely manner.
  • Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for different channels (e.g. foodservice, retail), effectively communicating the “so what” insights to drive commercial decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and global scaling of RGM best practices, frameworks, and tools, supporting capability-building efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Sales) and regional RGM leads on commercial excellence initiatives, ensuring that RGM insights are effectively integrated into business planning and execution across markets.
