About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Measurement & Insights plays a key role in evaluating market and competitive trends, audience behaviors, and campaign performance across linear, streaming, and addressable media channels. Using Comcast’s first‑party data and third‑party data sources, this role assesses effectiveness, attribution, and audience impact to produce clear and compelling data stories that drive business decisions. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to exercise independent judgment when synthesizing complex data into actionable insights. The Senior Analyst will present findings to cross‑functional partners, leadership, and client‑facing teams—at times directly to clients—to inform strategy and support sales and sales development initiatives. Success in this position requires strong analytical and storytelling skills, curiosity, and the ability to communicate insights with clarity. The Senior Analyst works with moderate guidance and collaborates closely with internal teams to advance stronger advertiser outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and applies various statistical concepts, research data, standards and practices.
  • Works directly with cross-functional teams and department leadership to create research presentations and summaries.
  • Participates in meetings, training programs and conferences as directed.
  • Reviews types and sources of purchased market research data and recommends purchases to Marketing management.
  • Coordinates and participates in the generation of regular and special market research or trend reports to management.
  • Ensures pertinent market information is translated and dispersed to Marketing Research Department for evaluation.
  • Maintains expertise in marketing research and stays current on new developments through contacts with educational institutions, professional organizations, publications and vendors.
  • Makes recommendations based on analysis and findings.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
