You will partner closely with Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), and Loyalty teams to turn data into action — building scalable solutions, surfacing insights, and identifying opportunities to automate and accelerate how our marketing organization operates. As AI capabilities evolve, you'll play a meaningful role in piloting and scaling agentic workflows that extend the reach of our marketing data team. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, naturally collaborative, and energized by translating complexity into clarity for business stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Solid grasp of the digital marketing ecosystem — paid media, ad tech, CRM, and how data flows across channels.
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI).
  • A track record of translating ambiguous business questions into structured analyses with clear recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks, including tool use, memory management, task decomposition and routing across multi-step agentic workflows.
  • This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco, CA office Monday through Thursday.
