About The Position

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Managed Markets & Specialty – Long Term Care (LTC) within Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) Contract Operations, located in Raritan, NJ. JJHCS provides contracting, supply chain, business services, and strategic solutions to customers and commercial intermediaries of U.S.-based Johnson & Johnson companies. ECM serves as the Center of Excellence for contract management, delivering best-in-class solutions for Commercial Healthcare, Government & Regulatory compliance, Systems, Processes, Training, and Risk Mitigation. The Senior Analyst will lead and support contracting activities for Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) within the Long-Term Care (LTC) segment, administered by the Managed Markets & Specialty Team. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence process improvements across multiple stakeholders. The Senior Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for LTC contracting, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while driving efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in contract management, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including interpretation and presentation to leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with contracting systems (Model-N, Revitas) and understanding of contract lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, and audit processes.
  • Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Managed Markets or LTC segments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contract management activities for LTC GPOs, including pricing setup, rebate calculations, and payment processing.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Operating Companies and field teams, providing insights and recommendations to optimize contract performance.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional projects to enhance contract lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
  • Act as a knowledge resource for LTC contracting, mentoring peers and sharing best practices across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, troubleshoot system challenges, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to support analytics and decision-making.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the contracting continuum, healthcare market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
