About The Position

Enterprise Real Estate Services has an opening for a Project Delivery planner. This position is responsible for supporting Enterprise Real Estate Services Construction Project Delivery, Project Managers and Project Leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, construction, drafting/design, facilities or other related business field and 2 or more years of relevant experience. In the absence of a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities, Maintenance or construction in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Experience or knowledge of general construction process (maintenance, electrical, mechanical building and factory machining or equipment support, manufacturing support, database support).
Experience or working knowledge of SAP or related software to create purchase requisitions.
Experience working with Construction Project Managers to create purchase requisitions.
Experience or knowledge of a standard construction close out process.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

Responsibilities

Creating and managing contractor daily badging authorizations/inputs and yearly picture update for badging.
Creating and managing site asset protection requests.
General support of the Enterprise Real Estate Services Project Delivery Project Managers including supporting running project financial reports, supporting project close out, project as-builts, and project updates.
