About The Position

As a Senior Application Analyst, you will work with both technical and business teams to enable highly available systems that meet business objectives, including supporting key business and IT initiatives. You will play a key role in application administration and maintenance, troubleshooting application-level issues and servicing requests from business teams. You will also be asked to triage, research and remediate production issues, coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders during application upgrades. This role requires a deep functional understanding of the fuel business domain and PDI Enterprise application modules (Accounts Payable / Receivable, General Ledger, Fuel Inventory, Order Desk). You will provide advanced-level support for PDI Enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical issues by working with business users, IT partners, and vendors when necessary, ensuring resolution metrics are maintained. Adherence to Incident, Change, and Problem Management is crucial to ensure the application remains SOX compliant. You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating testing efforts, documenting test cases and results during application upgrade cycles and integration projects. Additionally, you will monitor application interfaces and remediate batch failures, troubleshoot and eliminate causes of data inaccuracy and broken process flow with detailed documentation on solutions provided. You will interpret the PDI data model, develop SSRS reports, and perform data analysis for end users and audits as per requirement. Preparation and maintenance of detailed artifacts on application interfaces, creation/maintenance of import profiles, saved settings, and background processing batches are also key responsibilities. You will model behaviors that support the company’s common goal and purpose, ensuring guests, business users, and team members are supported at the highest level. Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Five years of related experience in ERP systems
  • Three years of related experience in PDI Enterprise Suite required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong SQL Scripting and SSRS Knowledge
  • Good understanding and experience in using Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Intermediate understanding of system architecture
  • Scripting skills preferably Python, PowerShell or relevant tech stack
